Hiv from a handjob? Please answer!

Hi and sorry for my poor English. I am from Italy. I would like to know if it is possible to get hiv or some STD by receiving a handjob from a high risk woman (a prostitute, 10 days ago, a stupid and unforgivable mistake). I didn’t see any cuts on her hands. But I was wondering if she could have the hands dirty with something (cum of other men, etc…). I read that the masturbation is not at risk, but I don’t succeed in feeling calm. This situation is making me be crazy. Should I get tested? I know that even if I make a test, other questions will destroy my mind (was the needle sterilized? And what if they had changed the test tubes?, etc…) I am so concerned. Please, I pray you, answer me.

Thanks so much for your kind answer. Are you totally sure that it is impossible to get hiv this manner? In hiv history has it never been a case of trasmission through a handjob? I have fear i can be the first case in history...I feel so guilty for what I have done. I was out of my mind. I don't want my life to be destroyed by hiv/aids.

nothing that you have described put you at risk for contracting hiv.  testing is not needed.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

sounds like you might need to seek professional help for your ocd / anxiety issues.
