Do I have HIV risk after the two exposures, please?

Dear all kind volunteers, I am not from an English speaking country. I will give a simple and clear description. I hope you can fully understand my situation and give me some suggestions after your professional analysising.

I have two dangerous sexual in the past 1 year.

First time: Unprotected sexual with a prostitue. After that, I had got six negative tests results in STD clinic by alere determine blood antibody test. Is it an accurate text, please? (Those tests were done by 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 20 weeks after the exposure)

Second time: Protected sexual with a part time protitue. My groin was cut by something sharp 20 mins before the sexual happened. It might bleed little only. I believed it was a long but narrow and shallow wound. And I thought the wound was cured itself in 3 days. But I can feel pain when the touch touched water. During the vaginal sex, I don't know if the wound contacted her vaginal fluid or not. If not, I belive I don't have HIV concern. If yes, how much risk of HIV do I have? I am very anxious and in deep fear.

I urgently need your kind help and suggestions. Appreciated!!

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child

Hi Dear Teak, Thank you!! Glad to see your reply. You are well-known!!
But the fresh vaginal fluid contacts fresh wound is not a kind of exposure?
The active virus can enter my blood stream through the wound. The doctor I called was explain to me: Groin area was pressured greatly during the sexual. If there was some fresh fluid touched your groin wound, the pressure will push the virus into my body.
Mr. Teak, could you please tell me the reason of NO RISK? This can help me to get rid of the fear. Thank you so much.

There is no confusion. You never had an exposure and had you had an exposure you tested negative way outside the window period.

Dear Joggen, At first, thank you very much for your fast respond and firm answers.  Please allow me to consult one more question.
I am confused why NO risk when the FRESH vaginal fluid contacts the FRESH WOUND. The wound was injured 20 mins before the sexual.
It was bleeding little also. The fluid must be very fresh. And the virus must be active as the fluid hasn't became dry at all.And as I know, the pressure is greatest where is groin area, which is the auxiliary condition of infection.
Dear Joggen, could you please help me to untie my confusion, which can help me to completely get rid of the HIV fear. Thank you so much.

First time: Your result was conclusive, proving that you didn't catch HIV.

Second time: No risk.

Bottom line: You don't have HIV.
