Urticaria Like Symptoms

Hi,

I had a protected sexual encounter on 1 March 2014. From the next day, when I take bath in warm water red color irritations are appearing on my skin. These are not bumps like protrusions. When I sit simply some part of my skin becomes red in color and it persists for sometime. I have read in forums that Urticaria is one of the symptoms of HIV infection. I am deeply worried about this. Will HIV start acting within 24 hours it entered the body. The reason why I am worried about my encounter is, this irritation started from the next day I had my encounter. I also sucked her nipples 3-4 times. Sometimes i would have touched her vagina and then my penis. I checked the condom. It was intact and the encounter was only less than a minute. Should I take an HIV test ?

Please assist me.

Regards.

Will HIV start acting after 24 hours in case .... ?
If this will not happen any case, then I will be relieved. This irritation start exactly after one day I did...Can be a coincidence as well.
