Oral sex is not a risk for HIV.  Air and saliva inactivate the virus. AND you used a condom. No risk. The only risks for HIV transmission are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex or to share IV drug needles.

What about the lymph swollen i have ? It’s a symptom of hiv infection
HIV is not diagnosed by symptoms.  It's diagnosed by assessing risk and testing.  You had NO risk. Therefore, whatever is going on with your lymph node is unrelated to hiv.
You went to the doctor about your lymph but you forgot to ask him if it is connected to hiv? Well it isn't and he probably told you that, so maybe you should go back to get him to explain why you are wasting your time fixating on the only disease that you can think of.
I have a Pilonidal Sinus infection already and he said it’s from this cause the lymph but I didn’t ask him if it’s related to hiv that’s why I’m worried
And I can’t ask him in the country I’m now if i have hiv i will went out of the country to go back to my country and will be fired from the work also that’s why I didn’t ask him

You don't have any medical training, so you shouldn't making or trusting your self diagnosis. Besides you didn't believe any of the advice before so I'm not sure why you are asking for more advice that you won't believe.

You should reread the below, refresh your memory and move on instead of wasting your own time asking more irrelevant questions.
