HIV Transmission through Massage and Handjob?

On December 9, 2019 (which was Summer on that day and still is now), I visited a massage parlor and asked for a Korean prostitute to get a handjob twice in a row. But she was busy with a guy at that time. After she finished with that guy, then she escorted me to a room and asked me to take a shower. After that, she gave me a massage while sitting on my back (we were both naked). After around a minute, I asked her to stop and give me a handjob instead and she agreed. She then started to stroke my penis with massage oil and touch my balls sometimes. After my first cum, she cleaned my penis and some other parts with tissue paper and started to give me a massage again like a minute. Then before the second handjob, she tapped my penis tip using her finger like 3-4 times. Then she continued giving me a second handjob just like the first one. Once she finished with me, I saw her cleaning her hands using tissue paper, while I washed
genital area, put on my clothing and went home.

Notes:

1. I am not sure of her HIV status nor her previous partner's HIV status.

2. Both of us were naked and not sure if she had any cuts on her hands or not.

3. I did not use condom and was uncircumcised.

4. I am not sure whether she did wash her hands properly or not after having finished with the first guy before my turn. I am afraid she still had some genital fluid that left on her hand that could potentially infect me through my penis tip as she tapped on it like 3-4 times. From what I saw, she just cleaned her hands with tissue paper, I am not sure about using water and soup.

5. I got an open wound on my big toe but it was covered with a bandage and no contact between her and my toe at all.

6. She told me she has had a lot of boyfriends which can mean sexual partner, so I suspect that she might carry any STD such as HIV.

7. Should she be HIV positive, I am not sure if she could have transmitted HIV from her vagina to skin while sitting on my waist and giving me a back massage.

My Symptoms:

Around two weeks after the event, I got a mild headache and difficulty in breathing or maybe even fatigue. But I think my difficulty in breathing and fatigue were likely due to the smoke haze in my place. Sometime later, a swollen gland right behind my left ear and white and scalloped tongue which occurred on the day 17 after my encounter. Somewhere around week 5 after the encounter, I got another swollen lymph node on my right ear, gurgling gut especially when I lay down, loose stools (sometimes), and strange skin reactions. Sometime later, I found another swollen lymph node under my jaw.

In regards to my strange skin reaction, whenever I scratch my skin, it turns red but takes longer to heal. I also think I have some rashes on my feet (mostly the right one) and a few on my right knee that only turn red whenever I take a hot shower and are somewhat darker than my skin in color when not exposed to hot water . Before I realized the rashes, I used to take a hot shower almost daily, could this be the cause? Just today, I was at my work (my job is some sorta physical work) and it was hot there, I was somewhat sweating but not much (I don't know why). After work, I walked to a bus stop and waited for a bus for around 10 minutes, the place was hotter than my workplace. Then, when I got home, I saw there are some red spots on my upper chest. Could this be a heat rash? as it is summer now and it was like 40 C at that time.

Your question has been patiently and fully answered by our members that you had no risk for HIV.

I'm not sure why you are still ruminating about this.  I understand you are worried but your worry is unnecessary.  There is nothing to add to no risk.

Not being able to accept no risk is a manifestation of anxiety and we can't help with that. You had zero risk and hope that you can  move past this event.  Adults only get HIV from unprotected vaginal or anal sex with penetration or sharing IV drug needles. That's it.  You had no risk and need to accept this and move on.

Yes but my question is not answered yet :(
I fully understand that receiving a handjob from clean hands poses zero HIV risks. But I doubt receiving a handjob with infected fluids on giver's hands. If someone could specifically answer "Why receiving a handjob with infected fluids on hands still poses no HIV risk?", then I would be more than happy to accept the answer and leave.
I had the same encounter. As i understood, the fluid  on the finger must be sufficient in amount for transmission to occur and must go DIRECTLY to the urethra. Any indirect contact poses no risk like hand-genital contact. Air inactivates the virus. This was my first exposure and scare, and i tested negative.
Yes air inactivates the virus. But how long does it take to inactivate the virus? The time when she finished with the previous guy and the time when she gave a handjob was like only ten minutes. Plus I am not circumcised and I heard that the virus can get into one's foreskin. Not only that, she also tapped on my penis tip (likely on my urethra) like 3-4 times. So to sum it up, I guess this should be a risk. But if the virus loses its ability to infect people as soon as it is exposed to the outside environment, then I wouldn't take it as a risk. But this is still controversial. Your negative result could also be your masseuse being HIV negative. Thus, zero risks for you.
Plus I have found 3 swollen lymph nodes so far. I am not sure what these swollen lymph nodes are about. I know that means my body is fighting off infections. But what kind of infections could it be? Strange skin reaction (e.g. rash appears when my skin is exposed to heat), gurgling gut and loose stools, white tongue are also the suspects
I also had swollen lymph nodes, rashes, night sweats,  and white tongue at that time. plus weak and sore muscles. It was all gone after i received the result. I guess anxiety weakens the immune system and mimics symptoms. The nurse with whom i had counselling with said that it requires penetration of penis to vagina or anus for transmission to occur. You can seek testing to relieve the anxiety. No one has ever been diagnosed with hiv due to handjob and contributes as to why it is considered no risk of hiv ( potential risk of transmission and evidence of transmission are not evident).

Hi, I thank you all for the answers. But I want to know how long it takes for the virus to become non-infectious once outside the body?

My clinician and some websites told me it was an extremely low risk but some people and websites say it is not a risk, now I am confused. I read somewhere on the internet, it says that HIV can survive for about 2 hours in room temperature based on research done. But my question is that it maybe can survive but is it still infectious? and how long does it take for the virus to become non-infectious once exposed to outside environment? I went for all STI 4th generation lab testings including HIV on day 28 after my encounter, and all came back negative. How reliable do you think the result is?

You had no risk. Nothing that you've described is a risk for HIV. In an adult, only unprotected anal or vaginal sex and sharing IV drug needles with infected users can possibly result in HIV infection. Symptoms are never used to diagnose HIV therefore they are not relevant to the discussion. Not having a risk means that you do not need to get tested. And one last not that I'm the history of HIV, no one has ever been infected by s handjob and you will not be the first one in history.
