The only risks for HIV transmission in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.
Nothing else you can think of, including the event you mentioned, would put you at risk for HIV.
You have no chance of HIV infection, your dry mouth has nothing to do with HIV (since you never had a risk for HIV), and of course there is no reason to test for a disease that you cannot have.
