I had about 30 seconds unprotected vaginal sex with a  straight asian guy with a status i didnt know  but we used protection straight after, now nearly 3 weeks later i have an itchy rash inside my thighs, a dry throat (not sore) and pain in my arms and shoulders. I am not sleeping properly and windng myself up over it. Also is a blocked nose and cough also symptoms of ars? :( i am very stressed and cant sleep and cry alot. Please help m,e

Agree with Vance. You also don't know the status of the person. Once I had many symthomps but it was caused by other desease even including stress, not HIV. So relax and be optimistic.

3 month test is conclusive, 6-8 week test is a good indication or a Duo test at 28 days is a good indication. Symptoms have nothing to do with HIV.
