Mouth burning and dry mouth

I am really worries now. 4 weeks back I had a sexual experience with a prostitute. We had unprotected oral and protected vaginal, but she rubbed my penis on vagina for 5 seconds. After that, i started checking my body temperature. Even I felt fever but body temp never goes higher than 37.5. On 3rd week after exposure, i had 5 small rashes like something on my chest. Initially it was red then changed to white color. Also having a upset throat but no pain there. But last 5 days i am having a dry mouth and burning mouth. Is it a symptom of HIV or STDs?

Using condoms for penetrative sex prevents HIV. Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. Rubbing your body parts together is not a risk. You had no risk for HIV from anything you've described.

Symptoms are not used to diagnose HIV. Therefore we don't comment on those. Only risk factor - yours was Zero, and test results if indicated - your zero exposure means no test required - are used to diagnose HIV.

There is no 'But' anymore. Chima7 has already provided you with a clear answer to your question, there is no point in focusing on symptoms, you were never at risk for transmission.

Stop fidgeting with your mouth, just because you read somewhere that oral ulcer or thrush is an HIV symptom you are imagining it on to your ownself. Your symptoms seem to be psychosomatic. Please see a counselor if you are unable to  think logically. Also, drink plenty of water, that should help.

Thanks for your replies. What I feel from my exposure that, I had a fever of 37.5 and small chill for a half day. Then vomitting feel for 3-4 days but never went to wash room for vomit. It was just a feel like I will vomit. Small small muscle pains are there, but not always. Even though I had protected vaginal sex, but after reading so many symptoms on many websites, i started to really worried.  My main concern is my dry mouth which is there for last 1 week. Can you help on this symptom

You have been told on three different instances that you were not a risk for transmission, it seems you have deliberately chosen to ignore this information.

This is the best we could offer you from here, you are clearly in need of counseling for your irrational fear of HIV and we can't do that from here. Your issues are unspecific to our forum since you were never at risk, see a therapist for your concern.

This forum is for questions about HIV prevention, risk, and testing.  As you have been advised that you were not at risk for HIV, our members cannot diagnose the non-HIV origin of your symptoms, and we suggest seeing a doctor for your medical issues, and a therapist for your anxiety.
