The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Sharing IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

There is NO  other event that you can think of, including the events you mentioned, that would put you at risk for HIV. You cannot penetrate with underwear on. That is irrational thinking.

Thank you so much for your response and help, just to end the discussion and thread, I forgot to mention I have fingered her and I notice there is a small cut with a far tiny blood spot beside my nail because I have cut my nails the other night. If I touched a virginal fluid by this cut does it pose a risk ?

I don’t know if the tiny blood spot came from me cutting my nails the other day or her biting this finger slowly and gently then I start touching her vagina by my finger without penetration.
! I’m scared really if it’s a risk.

Thank you so much and I apologize for these a lot of questions. It’s not fingering it’s just touching her vagina by my fingers, but one of them I noticed it’s has a tiny blood spot because she bites it or because of my cutting my nails the other day, if vaginal fluid came to this cut is it a risk ?
