ARS rash Middle Eastern Country

Please before you tell me to just go get tested I need you to understand İ am living in a Middle Eastern country where there is a big taboo about HIV. It is not easy for me to get tested because İ dont speak the language and I can do it it just takes time to find where to go and this is not something İ can ask my coworkers.  I had a condom slippage incident with a local police officer. I went to the ER and tried to get PEP but they didnt havw it. I had the police officer type in my translator what I needed and he insisted he doesnt have anything.   Now 20 days later a rash the size of 2 silver dollars broke out at the very top of my cleavage. İ found photos of macupapular rash and my rash doesnt have any bumps or papule like anything. It is just smooth. I dont have fever or other symptoms. I normally never get any rashes or skin irritations so this is highly concerning. It has been 48 hours and the rash is just sitting there. It is not spreading but it is not disappearing. When İ went to the ER the ER doctor told me İ had to wait 3 months to test so I can not just go test at 6 weeks like other countries. So İ know that is your answer but please understandİ am scared and alone in a foreign country and reading so many conflicting things in the internet and even on this site.   ı saw a post on here that said ARS does itch even though 95 percent of the other posts say no. So my question is: Does ARS rash usually cover a larger area and does it usually come with a fever. Also will it keep spreading after it appears or does it just appear and thats it. Because of the 20 day mark and the sudden appearance of this 2inch long and wide red patch I have resigned myself to the fact my result will be positive. Please help to answer my questions about the size and if fever really needs to be present. Thank you

Maculopapular rash is a sign of acute HIV infection which occurs between 7-14 days. Therefore, your rash is not worrisome.

Your risk was low, I am presuming that there was no ejaculation, which should make this even more lesser of a risk. Just get a test at 6 weeks with a IV Generation HIV test and move on.

I have also noticed that you have quite a few posts in the past, it's not difficult to guess that you suffer from an HIV anxiety, it should be a good idea to see a therapist sometime to get help with it.

I thank you for all your answers to my queries and Yes İ do have HİV anxiety.  I didnt have sex for 10 years because of it.  I  can not get counseling in this country.  I appreciate your expertise but everything I have read on here says the rash can start at 3 weeks?  Also I asked if my rash sounds macupapular because there it is just completely snooth.  Actually I did not know about hiv and rash until this rash happened so it is not psychosomatic.  And please,  because so much conflicting information: must there be a fever associated with the rash? Must  the rash have other symptoms? He did not ejaculate but in a prevıous post an admin said ejacualation does not increase or lessen the risk??? And like I said here we can not test until 3 months.  Thank you.
I am not sure what someone else has told you, because it would be inappropriate to challenge my information with other person and vice versa.

Fact is, ARS happens between 7-14 days after infection, 20 days is way too late, by that time most people already seroconvert and a large population should test positive by that period.

Please read my response again, there are a million chances of your partner not being positive and yet again your anxiety is taking a toll on your ability to think rationally.

At this point, you must try your best option to seek professional help and nothing on an internet website can offer you the peace of mind you need.  You must quit reading about HIV on the internet right away, that is where most of your problem originate from.
