HIV Clarification

I recently read that superficial cuts (bleeding or not)Dont pose a risk to HIV transmission, how deep or severe would a cut need to be on you scrotum or Bottom shaft be to pose a risk to HIV transmission

It was already answered on your other thread that your manscaping is not a risk. You should stop googling cold turkey because it is mainly a waste of your time since you do not have any medical training which will make you likely misinterpret what you read or else not realize that you are reading about some theoretical risk that has never manifested in the 40 years of hiv history.
HIV prevention is straightforward if you avoid the 3.

Both of you would have to have huge gaping wounds so deep with both of you pressing each of your the wounds deeply into the other person's  (like in a car accident where two bodies collide at high speed, otherwise the pain would be so excruciating that you would not let anyone near it) to even be a theoretical risk - so a meteor strike that wipes you out is more likely and you do not fear meteors so you should not be wasting your life fearing manscaping hiv transmission.
Yes you are safe and stop worrying about this.
