Hiv ans std risk

Had unprotected handjob at thai massage centre checked palms if massue no obvious sores or cuts.she was wearing a sommoth edge ring. Not sure of superficial cuts on my penis , if she has gone to wash room and changed or touch her private parts then if she came and massaged me with oil then touched my penis and urethra any thing to be concerned if hiv and std (blood or vaginal secretions) , as i had sex with my wife for few minutes of vaginal sex day before this episode. Now presently mild burning sensation at tip of penis and increased freq of urination and runny nose .My chance of sti hiv.A sexologist says risk is less than 30 to 40% if contaminated secretions touch penis during massage  and advise to undergo std panel tests. Pls advise sir

Good news - the sexologist was WAY off.  The odds of contracting HIV from a handjob are ZERO percent.  No one has ever contracted HIV from a handjob.  A hand cannot transmit HIV to anyone - only a penis or vagina can do that.

Sexually, HIV transmission only happens inside the body, when a penis is inside a vagina or anus unprotected.  There is no other sexual event that you can think of that will put you at risk for HIV.  I don't know what's causing your symptoms, but it's not HIV as you had no risk at all.

Sir but rash and pain atound glans penis any reason. If she had some secretion like if she touched her vAgina or nipples before comming to me she massaged my body then she did hsndjob later i kissed her naked breasts and touch her nipples. Then with same hands i touch my penis. She was wearing jeans. She might be sex worker. Ur comments pls. Is it other stds
As you were advised, you had no risk for HIV, no matter what, since you did not have unprotected vaginal or anal sex.  You can ask STD questions here: https://www.medhelp.org/forums/STDs---STIs/show/98
