RISK of HIV

dear doctor, i need advice

last night ,i had sex with a CSW ,unprotected oral sex at first ,then vagina sex with condom,i guess the condom did not break, because there is no semen flow out after sex.

Today im so worried, if i accidentally got some vaginal secretions on my penis or glans when i took off the condom, and my penis happen to have tiny cuts, how is the risk of infecting HIV? thanks a lot!
