I believe 4 weeks would be the earliest you can test for HIV. 90 days would make it conclusive under CDC guidelines. I was also told that most HIV specialist would consider a duo test at 43 days to be conclusive.

Would slightly swollen lymph nodes in my groin be worrisome of hiv if it’s not accompanied by any other symptoms? And if it is hiv related would the Ag-Ab be present on test?
To be honest....I can only assume that if your lymph nodes were indeed caused by HIV. The combo test would of picked it up. I am in same situation as you my friend. I have swollen lymph nodes on my neck and I've tested negative at 81 days to be exact from my potential exposure. I would suggest you test at 4 weeks (28 days) from your exposure using the Ab-Ag test. Then a follow up at the 90 days (if you want to go by CDC guidelines) From what I was told....is that test will always overrule symptoms. I know it's hard to believe it. I look in the  mirror and I see these bumps on my neck and I question my negative test results sometimes myself but I just have to believe in my blood work. Test at the appropriate times my friend.
Mniting what was your sexual encounter that you had a risk for HIV?
After being on prep for 14 days I topped without a condom...a week before that I did frottage with someone that says they’re undetectable
PrEP is highly effective.  The frottage was a no-risk event.  The unprotected penetration does constitute a risk.  However, since you are under the supervision of a doctor and taking PrEP you should talk to your doctor about testing - whether it is warranted and when.
They said they wouldn’t be concerned but I’m afraid the undetectable guy injected me with a needle while I was asleep
That is a problem of paranoia and is beyond the scope of this forum.  If he's undetectable, there's no more risk from his blood than from having sex.  It would be an entirely unproductive way to infect someone with HIV.  In any case, if you had been injected by a lay person (not a healthcare professional) you would know for sure.  It would hurt very badly.  But, as I said, this is a paranoia issue, not an HIV issue.  Talk to your doctor.
I hear u on the paranoia issue, the problem is mytherapist is booked till may
