RT-PCR Test after 9 days

Hello
Dear Dr. ,

I did RT-PCR HIV 1 test ( Viral Load: Quantitative, PCR ) after 9 days and 10 hours of exposure , Result : not detected  , Unit : copies/ml.

I have two question:

1- is it conclusive ? it's enough ?

2- Do i care about HIV 2 ? i live in Dubai.

Thanks .

What specifically was your exposure or risk? Let's start there.

It was oral sex but she told me that she have pain in the teeths and im not suer if there is a blood , she give me BJ ,  there is injection by mistake and immediately removed it .

Sorry my language isn’t the best
Okay, important to know to start this discussion. Because oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV. The only risks for transmitting hiv are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Or sharing IV needles to inject drugs. Air and saliva inactivate the virus. Blood or cuts do not impact this risk assessment, it is still no risk. No one has ever gotten hiv from oral sex, not a single documented case. You do not need to test again or worry about this event.
Thanks for the answer , but is the RT-PCR test is accurate at 9 days ?
You are not thinking logically or focusing. ANY test you take will be negative because you didn't have a risk. Therefore, yes. Move on, no risk has occurred to get HIV.
