PCR RNA is not stated as 'conclusive'. It is a test used for early detection and management of HIV in individuals with known risk, it is graded as indicative but certainly not conclusive. For definitive purposes only standard antibody tests are recommended.
Most PCR RNA NAT only looks for HIV-1.
Very rarely, an undetectable PCR RNA wouldn't mean the absense of virus as the virus might be present in the body. However, there might not be detectable viral load.
The above mentioned couple of points are very rare and it might not be applicable to the original poster. However, as members of this forum offering critical advice to Worried Wells it is our duty to state out correct information.
My post here in no form should scare the original poster as I have only provided the facts here. I have also provided a detailed explanation in the other thread in context to PCR RNA.

I reiterate - I don't see your 'undetected' result changing ahead. A IV Gen HIV test at 4 weeks or alternatively, any standard antibody test post 6 week should provide you definitive result.
