ARS?
16 days post "exposure" - condomed sex with a CSW.
morning - diarrhea and stomach ramblings.
noontime - got into sauna and massage at a "legit" place with friend. Felt airconditioning too cold.
late afternoon - evening. Fever begins rangers from 37.7 and maxed out at 37.8
night time - did some "cupping" (chinese medicine thing) and began to sweat
morning - temperature at 36.6 and no more muscle soreness. Diarrhea lessened.
I know this isn't ARS because I have no risk, but the question is CAN ARS present this way?

You had protected sex, so you have never been exposed to HIV. There is nothing else we can add. Any test would be a waste of time and money.
