Oral sex is not a risk for HIV. The only way adults get HIV is from unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles. Saliva and air inactivate the virus. So, your fever would not be associated. You don't need to test because you didn't have a risk.
Nothing you posted is a risk for HIV. You caught a cold, which has nothing to do with HIV.
