Worried of having HIV

Hi,
I received oral sex one month ago from two men on two seperate nights respectively
First man, first night, I received oral sex, we didn't mouth kiss, I kissed around his anus, I never ejaculated in his mouth, he didn't ejacualte, I might have touched his precum, no anal sex was involved.
Second man second night, he gave me oral, we then deep kissed, then gave me oral again, this was repeated couple of times
I didn't ejaculate in his mouth, he never ejaculated, I might have touched his precum, I kissed his nipples, no bleeding gums or sores that I noticed.
I was so worried after those two nights
Directly the next day went to my Dr. I did a mouth swap and hiv screening
I know it's early, hiv screening tested negative
Mouth swap showed epithelial cells range between 4 and 8
And also showd gram positive cocci and gram positive bacilli
Dr. Prescribed macromax 500 for 5 days
Then I did a swap again
Epithelial cells were fine between 2 to 4 but gram positive coçi and bacilli are still  there, Dr. Said this is normal
Sure I was all the time and till now worried
10 days later I had very mild shingles, Dr. Said its not HIV related
Gave me deslarex and fucidine, one week later I felt fine.
After I'm healed from shingles I did another HIV screening and also turned negative
After another 10 days I took covid third booster vaccine felt dizziness three days after
My questions are
Am I at HIV risk?
Do I need to do the test at 6 weeks, 3  moths and 6 months later?
Can I conclude that since I had shingles and I tested negative for HIV them this is a definitive answer that I'm clear of that virus ?
Are gram positive cocci and bacilli any danger? And are they related to HIV or any STD?
Can i conclude that since I took macromax 500 and mouth wash for 5 days, that I cleared my self from any possible STD other than HIV ?
Thanks for your help

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You had ZERO risk for HIV.  No one in all of history has been infected from receiving oral sex, and  you will not be the first. Obviously, since you were never exposed to HIV, you do not need any tests for HIV.

Thanks a lot for your feedback
What about my other questions regarding other STDs and the fact that I took macromax 500?
And also about gram positive bacteria in mouth swap?
Will appreciate your feedback
