all of the sudden worried

I have been travelling a lot recently and I had four exposures in the last year. all these women (only one was an escort) the other girls I met through work.
the exposure I had are the following: being masturbated by one girl, being masturbated with my shorts on on both occasions I ejaculated. with two girls I kissed one french kiss passionate and one only on the lips. last night I had sex unprotected with my wife and I'm now so worried if for some reason I could have infected her if I had got HIV from being masturbated and kisses with the girls. NO penetrative sex

can i just put my worries at rest and focus on the guilty part or should I talk to my wife? i like your guys opinion
thanks

anxiousnomore is telling you clearly that what you describe is not a risk for HIV transmission.  This includes kissing.  He is saying that kissing exposes you to common viruses such as flu and cold but not HIV.  As you had no risk, this should answer your question and we are closing this thread.  We wish you the best of health.

You can put your worries at rest because none of the encounters you had were a risk for HIV. Every single person would eventually get HIV if it was spread by kissing or touching the wrong person.

If you tell your wife she may never trust you again, and may develop an HIV phobia, so I don't see anything beneficial in talking to her about this.

I wouldn't kiss any escorts though, because if one does that with you likely she does it with hundreds of guys a month, so likely catches and passes on every flu, cold or can give you permanent mouth herpes (cold sores) which would be difficult to explain to your wife.
