HIV risk from recent experience

Last night I had protected vaginal sex with a 27 year old white woman of unknown status, but who seems to be sexually active. After, I masturbated with the condom on that was still wet with her vaginal fluids, then removed the condom, and masturbated to completion, obviously with her vaginal secretions on my hands. I had a slight cut on my penis from vigorous masturbating the day before which wasn't bleeding. Also, prior to the sex, I licked her clitoris twice. She said it was her time of the month, but I looked at her clitoris before licking it, and didn't see any blood. What are my risks of having contracted hiv after this experience, assuming she has hiv?

I do have some slight cold-like symptoms (fatigue, slight fever). Is this anything to be worried about?

Saliva is not infectious

I should mention that she sucked my penis for around 15 minutes prior to the penetration; there was a considerable amount of saliva. Does that make a difference?
