HIV via skin contact with body fluids.

I know that they've said that HIV has never been contracted via skin contact with body fluids, but how would someone from the general public have access to that information, it wouldn't have been posted on the web because most HIV cases are kept secret from the general public. Where does it say specifically that it cannot get through the skin?

Information was brought in by you, not by me. I said, it is totally incorrect that HIV can transmit through intact skin

It is totally incorrect and grossly misleading. Medical science have concluded on transmission routes, since it is more than 3 decades, since the virus was first discovered
