Worried and scared

God bless you all here. My exposure happened in late 2013 I met a girl at a party she came to my apartment later on. We didn't have any form of penetrating sex, she did give me a blowjob and I kissed her. Later on I started having burning sensation and discharge followed I became scared my mind didn't go to hiv to the fact that I didn't have penetrating sex with her. I became scared when my touge became white, swollen gland, loss weight, I was told not to worry about hiv by my doctor so he tested me for other stds all negative no Uti or yeast infection. That calm me down. But fast forward 3 years later I'm still have the swollen gland, and early this year I had chicken pox it went after 4days but right now just yesterday I saw tiny chicken pox around my hand I almost died cause I was told the only way chicken pox can come back is due to weak immune I'm so scared like I haven't eaten. The chicken pox still appeared this evening tiny ones.
My question is can saliva infect me if the girl was on her early infection stage i heard  hiv is really present in the saliva during the first week of infection is this true ? Can I get infected if this is true? I was at the hospital but I couldn't test I was too scared. Please should I gather the courage to test? Please answer me I'm losing my mind.

That question, along with your other questions, has already been answered, and asking again will not result in a different response.

HIV does not cause chicken pox.
Where are you situated? If you are in the US, you can get yourself an Oraquick test and do the test yourself at home. You will know in 30 minutes if you are positive or not (you are not!).
If you are in Canada or a country where home testing is not allowed or available, you can go to a clinic or medical center where they can do rapid test, you will know in less than 5 minutes.
The answer is that you will absolutely be negative but you will have something in your hand proving it to you.
While you do it, it might be a good occasion to do urine/blood tests for other more easily transmitted STIs.

Oral sex is a negligible risk for HIV which means that it is only a theory and that conditions to be infected are pretty much impossible to reproduce in real life. No serious case has ever been recorded and you will not be the first. Oral sex can transmit other STIs (chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes...) and you might want to check for them though, most of them can easily be cured or controlled with medications
Your symptoms are certainly related to the chicken pox, you do not need testing for HIV for this event.

Thank you very much for the responds. My fear is that I already had chicken pox earlier this year, y do I still have tiny ones appearing it's very scary. Plus my swollen gland. What if the girl was at her early weeks of infection can her saliva infect me?
NO.  Saliva is not infectious, no matter what.  You should see a doctor, because you may have shingles, or another unrelated infection.  Whatever is causing your symptoms is NOT HIV, as you had absolutely zero risk.
As an adult, you can only be contaminated from unprotected anal/vaginal sex (unprotected including condom failure/slippage) or from sharing needles.
One more thing before i gather the courage to get tested. So there's no way saliva can infect me? Cause that was the only body fluid I shared with her, it was like a kiss to my penis not even a long bj afterwards I had burning sensation wen peeing. I kno I caught something from her saliva. My concern is is there anyway i could get infected with hiv with her saliva?
