Someone help me put this behind me for once and for all. Please.

My life has been hell these 6 months, so here's my story.
March 25: had sex with masseue at Asian massage parlor. Received oral sex with condom on and then we proceeded to anal sex where I don't remember at all if i wore a condom or not.

1 month since exposure (April 20) I decided to go get tested, they draw my blood, swab my gums, and make me pee in a cup. 4 days later, I called and got all negative.

Late June: I expreinced a lot of flu like symptoms. Thought it was related to HIV and was scared to death.
Past 3 months, 15 weeks since exposure(July 9) I bought oraquick HIV home test and it comes out negative but I was so convinced that i did it wrong.
July 10: finally go back to same clinic, get tested. Doctor their tells me that I don't have to worry about HIV because my test in April would of caught it. 4 days later everything's negative. I'm a bit relieved now.
Late August ( 5 months since exposure): I developed a canker sore inside my mouth and blister on my upper lip. One week later they're gone but another week after the blister reappears on my upper lip agian.. Plus the stuffy nose I had in late June was still present at the time whiched only ignited my HIV scare.
September 1: I finally decided to get tested again for the state of mind. They drew my blood and one week later everything came out negative. I called again one week later just to make sure I heard right and it was negative agian. Doctor told me the test they use are highly sensitive and that they run the test twice just to make sure. My anxiety calms down again...
Today: September 25 was exactly my 6 month mark and I've been thinking about getting tested again. I still have my stuffy nose from June which is scarring me to think it's related to HIV and the possibility that I'm a late servoconverter.
Here are my questions:
When is a HIV test conclusive?
Should I get tested again since I've already past my 6 month mark? I read on a website that if you have unexplained symptoms that you should get tested up to a year which really scared me..
And my last question is what are the chances of Turning positive after a 1,3, and 5 month negative? I'm sorry for the long story, I just want to put this behind me once for all. Please help me.

Yeah you're right, I guess i just some counseling or something to make me wrap this around my mind. Just one more question James, when is a HIV test considered negative post exposure? I keep reading 3 months or 6 or even up to a year?

You are not a late seroconverter.  Your test is more than conclusive.  There is really no other way to put it.

See that's the thing I don't have any allergies that I know of which scares me.. I just keep thinking that  I'm a late serconverter and that's why the test don't pick up anything..

If it was HIV, you would've tested positive long ago.  Maybe it's allergies....

Your test is conclusive.  Whatever you're feeling is not HIV
