Relieved

5 days ago I posted metioning my worry over the oral sex and mutual masterbation I had with a girl who was on her menstral periods whose status I didnt know. I was tested 6 weeks after and after 3 months from risk event all acute signs started to appear and today I had an alcer (yellow in color ) in the mouth on the throat. This was after I had persistant mild diarhear, headaches, rush mild chili and fever, fatigue and muscle pains. Then I thought for sure I got it. But today I went for an antibody HIV test and it was negative, mind you this is at 5 months mark. I am not someone who easily fall sick so I presume my immune system is strong, there this test is conclussive.

My message is the mind is powerful, the moment you begin to tell yourself I got it, then symptoms will appear. People relax and get tested, Know which sexual act has risk or not. Listen to every advice you hear and stop killing yourself with anxiety. Oral sex and utual mastrebation has low to zero risk, Use protection always
