Okay, got it. No. The only ways that people get HIV are to have unprotected vaginal or anal sex (no condom) or to share IV drug needles to inject drugs. You've asked about other non risk things enough times to have been told that. So, this is probably the last time. No risk. Air inactivates the virus and you will not get HIV through blood drops in your nose. (and it is irrational to think of blood in the nostril any way).
