Rimmed and now have symptoms. HIV?

Hello.

8 days ago, I went to get a massage and the girl spit in my anus and licked it for a while. She also used her fingers with saliva on them to rub/insert her fingers into my anus for a bit.

After I wiped my anus with a paper towel, I noticed a little blood on it mixed with saliva.

That same night I had a low grade fever, then the next day no fever, then two days later another hot flash and spike in temperature to 99.1. Also, my throat started hurting 4 days after this encounter and still hurts today. I noticed a soe on my inner lip today (clear/pinkish small bump) Also I've been very fatigued.

My questions are:

1) Am I at risk for HIV from the rimming/fingering exposures mentioned? I would have to believe so since there was a little blood in with the saliva. I am really concerned about the blood mixed in with the saliva. Can you please clarify for me?

2) Are my symptoms from HIV? If not, can you please explain why not?

3) Can I get HIV through saliva/tonguing alone, if I had a cut in/on my anus?

Thank You.
