Paranoid! Help me pls

I went to a gay sauna for the first time today and now I'm very worried! I got into contact with a man and he told me he's clean however I put a condom on his private part and did started sucking!! And now I'm worried because he cummed in my belly button and I'm also scared if precum to precum can cause HIV or HepB.. I did not have sex at all! No anal sex no nothing just oral sex that's all with a condom on. I spoke to a nurse who was present at the sauna and he said I quote "I wouldn't lose sleep over what you did" he said my risk is low however I'm very paranoid and now anxiety is kicking in!!!! I was on the path of recovery but now I can't handle my stupidness and he told me if I'm this paranoid don't ever come back :( my question is am I infected with hep B and Hiv ? Can I get throat cancer or anything from this ? I have a slight headache from the sauna ..

If there was no unprotected penetration, there was no risk for HIV.
