The ONLY way to get HIV is...
Unprotected anal sex
Unprotected vaginal sex
sharing needles with a HIV+ person (IV drug using)
Babies from breastfeeding from a HIV+ mum.
Even then it is not guaranteed as HIV is a very fragile virus and dies instantly with contact to air.
If you did not meet any of the above there is no chance of HIV.
Also a test at 4 weeks is accurate. so 8 weeks is def good!
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
There is no reason to test following no-risk events like the ones you describe. If you do not do either of the above activities with someone of unknown HIV status, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV.
