Risk about Cunnilingus and touch period blood

Hello, eveyone!

I am a 19-year-old boy from China. I was in the BDSM relationship.

On April 25th 2021 I did a Cunnilingus on a woman and realized that I miss-ate the period blood. I felt nervous. So, 58 later, I did a test with the test paper of the third generation. The result was negative.

Then, on July 22th I did a Cunnilingus on another woman. However, I had two very small ulcers in my mouth. After that day, I did have any symptoms. I felt so nervous.

Usually, I lived alone. But, during this winter holiday, I went back home. I found that my father had a fever lasting 4 days. I was worrying I infected him. I felt nervous every night.

On  March 1st, I was back to my float. Then, on April 10th 2022, my mother told me she had rash on her whole face without any other symptoms. Then, she went to the doctor and the doctor told her that it was allergic dermatitis. After 7 days, she was cured. I am really worrying about whether I infected my family.

My Question:

1: I noticed the community leader said that it was no risk of Cunnilingus. Is it also feasible in my case? Am I safe?
2. If my father used my razor, would he be infected?

3.  Do I need a test?

Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

Since you did not have unprotected anal or vaginal sex, and you did not share drug needles, you did not have any risk for HIV.

Even if you DID have HIV, and you do not, you could not give it to either of your parents unless you were sharing intravenous needles with them.

There is no other activity you can think of, except for the two I listed above, that would put you at risk for HIV.  There is no reason to test for HIV since you were never exposed to HIV.

You describe exceptionally low risk. I have never read an article, medical paper, talked to a doctor or nurse that has ever seen or proven transmission via cunnilingus.

This includes mitigating circumstances wounds in mouth or period blood.

It’s a no risk event and nothing to worry about. And because you have not got HIV you couldn’t have passed it on (it’s not spread by razors anyway)

So here is the conclusiveness you can’t have caught HIV from either of these (you won’t be the first in 40+ years of research) if you did, you wouldn’t have spread to your dad, which means it’s impossible he spread it to your mum. Both there symptoms are coincidental and nothing to do with HIV.

I’ll also add you test at 58 day is conclusive for the first encounter.

Please move on.
