Hiv thru body message

6 months back i had a body massage in Thailand, although i did not have intercourse either vaginal or anal, she did rub my body with her body and have fellatio for 5 to 10 sec. i did not kiss her neither cunning etc. after massage she did a rough hand job and during that i notice little lesion on the shaft of the penis .. I am very much worried if i had any risk, later after 3 days i noticed i was not eating well maybe anxiety not sure though, but after a week i started eating normally after 3 months have penile itch only outer body no internal itching or discharge time to time but goes off its own, is it due to masturbate with soap? .. now after six months i am feeling little pain below the right ear and my nose is very dry.  please let me know if i have to worry about...

NOTHING that you have described put you at risk for hiv.

hiv is transmitted through...
unprotected vaginal / anal intercourse
sharing iv drug works
mother to child

see your doctor if you are having health concerns...it's not hiv related.
