different fingering and deep kissing and the risk of hiv

Hi!

I am a 21-year-old guy from China. And on October 19th I went out with a female. We went to a dark place and had deep kissing. I have an ulcer on my tongue. My hand was under her pants and I fingered her vagina, my middle finger and index finger were all the way inserted deep in her vagina. It was about 15 to 20 minutes. I found that I have a small peel skin on my index finger. It was not bleeding but still a red spot. On my middle finger, I have a chap or cut( i am not sure) near the nail. I can split this cut a little bit but it was not bleeding. After that, I went back home. We did not have any vaginal or oral sex.
I asked her to get tested for hiv next day, the result came back negative. It was the third-generation antibody only test.

Now three weeks later(23 days), I have a little sore throat since yesterday. I am very anxious. I have seen many posts but my situation is a little different. I did not not pull my meddle finger in and out during the fingering. My middle finger was in her vagina during the most time we made out. I just move my finger and "massage" her vagina inside. Does these behavior put me at risk?

She said she is married and I do not know her personal sexual experiences three months before the day she got tested. What if she is in the "window period"? If she is in the "window period", Are the deep kissing and fingering put me at risk? Do I need to get tested?

Help me please! Thank you in advance!

I do have borborygmus for many days after the fingering and kissing with that female. I had sore throat at day 22 and it was gone two or three days later. Are these the symptoms mean anything?

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( finger, vagina, hangnail, lips, ulcer, chapped skin etc.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. Next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this question. Did I do any of the 3? Then after you say "No, I didn't" then it's time to move on back to your happy life.
Your situation is no different from anyone else's who had air or saliva contact, so relax and move on.

Thank you so much for your response!

1. I am just wondering if I put my middle finger(with cuts, not 100% sure if it bled a bit) inside this female's vagina and move inside, assume she is in "window period", I am still not at any risk? I do not understand the air part you said. If it is deep in the vagina, there is no air involved. If there is air involved in that part, then penis-vaginal sex would not be any risk. Could you explain this to me, please?

2. If I would like to get tested for get off the anxiety and have peace in my mind, can I believe it is going to be a negative result? ( I did not have any vagina or oral sex with her, we all had clothes on)

Thank you again!

Also, i would like to clarify that there is a hangnail on my index finger, I clipped it off at least 1 hour ago. I think it was not bleeding but it is still red.  For my middle finger, there is a cut near the cuticle, it is like a split, but I also do not think it was bleeding during the fingering.  I sticked my index finger and middle finger in her vagina very deep. I used the middle finger most of the time during fingering her.

As I stated above, "Kissing is not a risk, no matter what.  Fingering is not a risk, no matter what. "  There is no information that you could add to this story that would make it a risk for HIV.  Obviously, any "symptoms" you are having have nothing to do with HIV since you were never exposed to HIV.
Thank you so much for your response.

So basically the deep kissing and the fingering are no risk and I do not need test. Could you give me a brief explanation?
1. I know kissing has saliva and air involved, so it is no risk. I just do not understand why fingering inside the girl's vagina with cuts do not pose any risk. There is no air involved. And she got tested next day, result came back negative. if the girl is in the "window period", I heard it might be at least ten times more contagious than a hiv+ patient. Still risk-free?
2. I washed my hands at least 30 minutes after the fingering, does this matter?

Thank you in advance. You are doing a great job here.
This will be my last response.
1)  HIV enters through the urethra of your penis.  It does not enter through any other part of your body, including a finger.  HIV cannot enter the bloodstream via minor cuts and scrapes.  The bottom line is that if it isn't an unprotected penis in the vagina, it isn't capable of contracting HIV.
2)  I'm glad you practice good hygiene, but it has nothing to do with HIV since fingering is ZERO risk for HIV.
Thank you for your response CurfewX.

1. So kissing with saliva and air can inactivate the virus, I get this. But fingering with cuts inside a female the vagina is risk-free, no matter it was pulling in and out or just stay inside the vagina move and "massage" inside, is this right? I am kind confused if I did not pull my finger out, then there is not air involved to inactivate the virus, how come it is no risk?( I am just curious and would like to know the reason, no disrespect)
2. I am new to this forum, where can i ask dr.HHH or dr.Hook?
3. If my situation does not put me at risk, the symptoms ( sore throat)  have nothing to do with the hiv, is this right?

Thank you guys for your great work. Can anyone answer those questions? I hope i can move on without fear.

Risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles.

There is no other activity that you can think of that would put you at risk for HIV, including the events you mentioned.  Kissing is not a risk, no matter what.  Fingering is not a risk, no matter what.
