Do I need to worry this?

I was having a toothache today and it sometimes bled a little when I ate. I went out to have dinner in a small restaurant, the waiter was always talking very loud whenever he approached me to deliver the food. I worry that his spit will fly to my food as well as my tableware. Do I need to worry about this? Thanks a lot

This is not even close to being a concern about HIV.

You are creating an HIV scenario from everything you do. Please meet with a mental health professional.
