Eat blood in 2 second

Hi am from India,  recently I went a hotel the Waiter serve a food... Then the waiter sneezing contains with blood its on food.. Then I eat the food within just 2 seconds...I didn't notice the blood... But the waiter have blood in her hands.... my friend told me the waiter is infected hiv... What was my risk... (sorry for my poor English)

Risks for HIV in adults are:
1) having unprotected, penetrative vaginal or anal sex, or
2) sharing IV drug needles with other IV drug users.

You had NO risk for HIV.  You cannot get HIV by ingesting blood, saliva, or any other bodily fluid. It doesn't matter how quickly this happened - you had no risk.
