As your question has been fully and accurately answered that you do not have HIV, we advise you to ask your doctor about anxiety.  We wish you the best.

You have wasted 10 years of your life worrying about a disease that you don't have. There are about 5,000 other diseases and conditions that you can get without any advance notice - fortunately  you don't waste your life thinking you have them. Therefore, your fixation on a disease you don't have is a bit of a mental health problem which you should discuss with a therapist who might be able to help you stop wasting your life.

Excuse my language.. Thank you really very much for trying to help me.. but I'm a mom and have one child (7 years old)..  I worry alot for him after he had alot of symptoms that make me think alot of possibility of infection that i had.and the possibility that I have this disease and him too.  I did just one ecl test.is it enough with that high risk exposure? As a sicintiest wise Could the son be an elite controller like his mom ? ..my real problem is why even drs don't have a good answer about elite controllers?, if that question no one has a good answer for it, or their answers disregarded what we found in the Internet papers, How I can feel that iam 100% not infected and I'm in safe with my son? I hope to help

You advised me that (If you had HIV for 10 years, with no medication, you would be extremely ill if not deceased by now).. so is it a fact? What about LTNP and elite controllers that asymptomatic for more that 20 years?

All you need to know to be helped is here, specifically in the last sentence. It appears you have disregarded all of the advice - the result of not listening to it is you keep asking the same question that has been answered.
"It does not matter what your risk was.  The disease is the same no matter what the risk.
You do not have HIV.  Please move on from these events."
Thank you for your help

This forum is for assessing risk.  Did you have a risk for HIV?

I had twice unprotected high risk encounters from 10 years with a man who has a lot of relations with SWs for almost 15 years without protections.. I have no symptoms except joints pain for almost five years till now with no medical clarifications related to this symptom.. I tested negative with ECL method now after 10 years from exposure..but I got anxiety from what I read about elite controllers that most of them have a very low antibodies over time or some can have a false negative some times...for instance like dr paul sax said (elite controllers tested positive but some have a very weak antibodies over time , but most of the time they will test positive).. I'm worried about word MOST not ALL of the time.ofcourse with additional to my Internet search that confirm these facts I got very worry... I hope that I can describe my thoughts with my poor English language.
Please see my previous advice.  You do not have HIV.

You should work with a doctor or therapist to address your anxiety.
Thank you for your reply, Even that if it was unprotected anal relationship for twice with a man who also had a lot of risky relations.so no need for more tests?.. what about the odds that I maybe an elite controller that have false negative results over time?
