Risk of HIV

I had 2 encounters with a guy who i think is on HIV medications, because i realised later that he had some signs of lipodystrophy. We only did deep kissing and mutual masturbation, but he came on my hand on both occasions. I dont think i had any cuts or open wounds. Also as soon as he came i washed my hand with hot water and soap. What is the risk that i will catch HIV

First of all hiv has never been proven to be transmitted through kissing.  Their would have to be a huge open wound with blood gushing out of both your mouths while you were deep kissing for transmission to occur there. That simply doesn't happen. And mutual masturbation or jacking each other off for that matter is the safest sex you can have.  I don't care if he his hiv positive or not, you could not have it due to this particular incident.

From what I read: Extremely low risk. Provided you didnt use his semen as a source of lubricating yourself. HIV positive while on medications lowers viral load as well. Again, this was an extremely low risk encounter.

I am very paranoid so i was making sure that his penis does not touch my penis. Also he was ony touching me,he gave me oral sex for about 2-3 minutes but i never ejaculated in both instances. I never have given oral sex or nevr have had anal (receptive and top. I am just so scared that these things might transmit HIV

They don't.  You have no risk here.
