Please Help ! CSW Tested positive

Hi all 2 months ago i had encounter with a street walker in Montreal. I was under influence of drugs and messed up. She gave me oral with a condom and we had vaginal intercourse with the same condom. The oral lasted 10 mins and at some point she scraped the condom with her teeth whixh was sharp. At that point the condom did not split but i felt the prick on my penis from the tooth. Without changing the condom we had vaginal intercourse for 15-20 mins and when removing condom i noticed that the liquids are leaking but it was not a condom split like everyone says it was a tear. The reason that it didn't split is because I believe it was too big for me to begin with (she supplied it).

Now this is where things go bad...after experiencing anxiety i contacted her the next day with my worries and she admitted to be a intravenous drug user.i offer a oraquick test for which came back reactive. I am terrified, 2 days ago she got confirmed by lab. I am very suicidal and full of regrets,i had intercourse with my partner (with a condom)I'm scared to have risked her health. I am absolutely terrified and suicidal. Please help me assess my realistic risk

Why are you repeating the same thread you posted before except now you think you had a "tear" - which you didn't have.
Accept reality so you can move on. If you can't do that, then either
1. Seek therapy because you have wasted a lot of time by not living with reality.
2. Or else take any test now for a conclusive result.

You should realize by now that you are wasting your time trying to convince anyone here you had a risk, so I suggest you do one of the 2 useful suggestions above. Posting the same thing here is denial that you have hiv fixation which is a bit of a mental health issue in your case.

I was inebriated and it was dark, the CSW confirmed that there was a tear after i contacted her few days to test. But it didn't split open like we usually refer to. The fact that she tested positive on a oraquick is getting to me. Considering all the facts, and assuming that it did break what kind of risk am i facing. Is my fear justified or is it the good old anxiety and guilt playing mind tricks?
Also would this exposure warrant prep if taken early ?
You must be very anxious because you haven't understood any of it. Reread the advice.
I am seeking therapy. So considering all this, you say the risk was still negligible and the real issue here is the mental state and anxiety that is eating me ?
Your questions are endless and repetitive so they are now pointless. This is not a therapy forum and only one on one will solve your problem of hiv fixation which is causing you so much anxiety.
So hi is not a concern it's a mental issue, got it

I signed up for therapy I'm just looking for reassurance from a neutral point of view to calm down my nerves. If you were a doctor would you consider this scenario as a notable risk ?
