Worried on ARS timeline

Hi!

I am male and a CSW gave me an unprotected oral sex, after 21 days (3 weeks) I did have a discomfort in my throat (pain swallowing and scratchy) the following day it was gone but still have a feeling tightness in the throat that makes constant swallowing, after I arrived from work. I have no trouble sleeping.

I have no fever or headache but I also have some muscle pains during this time.

Then after 30 days I noticed a single rash that looks like a long scratch in my chest that disappeared after 24 hours.

The discomfort in my throat persisted for about 4 weeks, I cut back from smoking a pack a day and somehow
discomfort abated.

Based on my narration from the above my questions are:

1. Is the appearance of the discomfort in my throat (which I believe is not consistent with pharyngitis) after 21 days could be a concern especially that it occurred with muscle pains.

2. Did the rash that occurred after 30 days consistent with ARS rash?

Thank you and hoping that you could answer my queries for I am worrying so much.

Can I therefore rely on "You had no risk.HIV is not transmitted via oral sex.no risk " and not to be  tested even if a symptom did exist?
