10 DAYS SHORT OF 6 MONTH RESULT NEGATIVE

I tested for a exposure at 170 days for HIV 1 2 CMIA P24 ANITBODY ANTIGEN TEST.

Can i close this down and continue my normal life as before?

Or do i have to test at 180 days?

Yes you can move on. The window period for the antibody test is 3 months. Any time after 3months is counted as conclusive. You do not have hiv.

Why did you bother testing? Your anxiety is a mental health issue, so see a therapist instead of wasting your life in fear.

AnxiousNoMore i first had small pin prick type blister in penis head but they went away.

Now for past 1-2 weeks i had a low grade fever with body aches and headache.

I tested at 70 ,90,145 and 170 days all negative.

But doctors always say for waiting 6 months.

So i can close this down?
