Oh please. No one asks a friend to go on a forum and ask their HIV risk questions FOR them. This is clearly you obsessing over your no-risk event. ARS is not possible from a no-risk event, since you were not exposed to HIV.

The situation hasn't changed since you posted before. There are only 3 ways, so hiv prevention is straightforward - it is quite illogical to ignore that and instead study your body looking for "symptoms" to study.
