Risky exposure to HIV!!! Please some advice

Firstable folks please excuse my poor english, this is not my native language. Here is my story:

I am male, 34 years old. I have no allergies and I have not suffered serious illness in my whole life.
Last Sunday (3 days ago at the time I am writing this) I had a sexual encounter with a young and (she seemed so) clean sexual worker.

We began the act and I did not touch a long time her vagina, she had her underwear still on and I was just kissing her down there, then I got laid and with my fingers I touched her on the clothing gently; In a moment, a couple of those fingers touched her anus (I did not penetrated her anus with those fingers, just pulled gently the surface with my finger tips) and by accident a couple of seconds (or just one??) later I moved my hand downwards and touched my urethra, I mean, I had the greatest aim of the world and those very fingers "landed" just on my glans, my urethra; so when I felt that touching I moved away my hand immediately after that (it passed less than a second I suppose). After 5-10 minutes  I felt uncomfortable and I decided to wash my penis with some liquid soap. After that we had sexual (vaginal) intercourse with condom and there were no accidents at all.

Further information: There were no blood on her anus, nor on my finger tips and she was a little bit dry. I do not have any injury, ulcer, cut or wound on my glans.
I don't know her HIV status.

Could I be infected with HIV if she is HIV+?
Which is my risk level?

I am living truly hard hours and your sincerely and objective comments will be highly appreciated...

Best Regards

...Tomorrow I will have the results, so I will go there with courage and the certainty I am Negative/NON-reactive.

Thanks friends!

Dear all
Today I have taken Elisa 4th generation test 38 days after the incident and for almost 3 years. I am pretty sure I have always used condoms correctly with no exception (although my sometimes irrational fears try to play tricks on my mind).
Please give me your best wishes as I give you all mine.

PD: The only concern I have is I gave cunnilingus with no protection sometimes. What do you think?

Thanks

What about vaginal fluids on my finger tips? Do they represent a risk? After a couple of seconds I touched my (healthy) urethra. ??
