ARS or mono

I had a sexual intercourse with a sex worker in indonesia last 2 months.I used condom but i am worried that it broke or tore during intercourse which last about 30 minute. We kissed during the intercourse. Two weeks after that i had a sore throat and fever. The fever last 3 days but sore throat didn't go away.Another 2 weeks later i had a fever again. It went away after 2 days. And i feel fatigue since then.6 weeks after the sexual encounter , i had a swollen gland on my neck.It only last two days.At that time i felt difficult to swallow. Now it has been 10 weeks and i had a oral thrush and vague feeling of discomfort and fatigue.I would like to know whether it is acute hiv symptoms or mononucleosis.

If the condom had supposedly broken, both you and your partner would have known because a condom does not tear, it busts wide open. Kissing in no means a transmission of HIV but mono is possible though. This is not HIV related because you had a protected affair and most sex workers do not have HIV and get tested all the time. You need to get evaluated by a physician if these symptoms continue to persist. But this in no way is this HIV related because it is no use to even diagnose symptoms as HIV due to the fact it can be many things other than HIV.
