Any test is conclusive after 3 months so it is time to move on. Your pains are common to millions of negative people, so see doc if you need the correct diagnosis, instead of the only disease that you can think of, namely hiv which you don't have.

Of course it is natural to wonder if the health changes relate to hiv, however they definitely don't in your case.
Ok thanks
Please one final question over here in Nigeria most medical practitioners i ask they keep saying that it's 6 months for a conclusive result while some say 3 months if i where to get tested again by the 6 month mark are my chances of having a negative result again
Those medical practitioners are incorrect.  They are way out of date.  The guideline has been 3 months for MANY years.  There is no reason for anyone to test beyond the 3-month mark, and if you do, it will be a waste of time and your result will be negative.
Ok thanks
It was a rapid test i did at a lab here Nigeria she said it was a determine test
Please am currently having bleeding gum i feel sick and cold forgetfulness i don't know whether it's anxiety sorry for this repeated question that's how am feeling ryt now
