Saliva and Condoms

Can HIV be transmitted via kissing (with tongue too), and can it be transmitted via "ultra-sensitive" condoms?

Kiss with "ultra sensitive" ,,,,,   LOL ! It reminds me a humorous saying back in university days,,, "height of precaution,,, using dildo with a condom rolled on"

Kissing does not put one at risk for HIV. Saliva has not been known as a medium for the transmission of HIV.
