Rash and antibodies

Does the presence of rash related to ARS indicate that antibodies are already formed?
And if someone had a rash and after the rash started to fade away can he get a conclusive result whether the rash was HIV related or not ?

This question is commonly asked. While in many cases antibodies will have formed around the time of ARS, it can't be relied upon.

If you had HIV then your body would produce antibody soon after infection, its no a matter of symptoms, a rash or a sign, its about the time that it takes to produce "enough" to be detected on a test
