testing three times but still worried

I had sexual encounter with a man of unknown status at Aug 18.

Since then, I got tested about HIV antibodies at 13, 16weeks.
It was neg but i was embarrassed. Cuz i was taking antibiotics for tonsillitis.

(* I'm still suffering from tonsillitis for about two months(11/5~). Although It seemed to get better, then it came back again. It's the main reason I doubt my test results as a false negative...)

So I got tested again at 17(18?)weeks with a 4th generation test. It also came back negative.
When I got that result, I felt great and relieved. But it was only momentary.

Now I'm thinking about doing an additional test...
Everyone says that i don't need to worry cuz my results proves I'm HIV free...But my tonsillitis doesn't go away.....

Could antibiotics affect the test results? I mean could medications occur false negative?

Antibiotics will not give you a false result.

With all your negatives and the amount of time you've waited and the fact that it's a 4th generation test means you can relax.  4th generation tests are very sensitive.  (They look for 3 different things to be sure it doesn't miss anything.)

Be well
