The subconscious mind is thinking. You have to believe that your fears are irrational and have to accept the fact that  no one has tried to deliberately given you HIV.  That's when your mind will stop playing tricks.

I suggest you take this to anxiety forum.  Or perhaps seek help from a professional if your anxiety is persistent. I repeat, HIV is not your problem.  All is well.

Your thoughts are irrational. No one at a healthcare setting would infect you intentionally.  They are trained professionals who handle blood tests all the time, they are very careful in handling needles.

Why is that i still have symptoms like fatigue light headed even tough o try to eleminate it at my mind..
That's called anxiety. Find a doctor with whom to discuss your anxiety symptoms because it's not HIV.
Even though your not thingking it . The fatigue is come and go? Let say now im fine no thingking about it then later i will expirience fatigue then thats the time i will think again the hiv. And also lastly do you also think my thingking is not real.
We strongly urge you to seek mental health counseling.  These thoughts are not rational, and you should not have to live this way.
