Scared of having HIV

I had unprotected sex with an ex boyfriend. I was tested after we broke up and I didn't have anything as of then. 2 months later is when I had unprotected sex with him, one time, and he did not ejaculate. I'm not even sure if he'd been with anyone since we broke up, but I wont trust him even if he says he hadn't. I know it was a really stupid thing to do, and all I can think of is how I've put my own life at risk by making a really stupid decision. Please let me know if I should be worried or not, and when should I get a test done, it's been 4 weeks since the incident.

having hemophilia does not increase your risk..
you can test at 6-8 weeks post exposure for a good indication of your status..
test again at 3 months for a conclusive result..

Also, does having hemophilia put me at a higher risk of getting it through sexual contact? I can only find information about blood transfusions regarding HIV and hemophiliacs.
