Several sex histories now anxious

I had protected vagina sex and unprotected oral sex with one lady (met from internet) in 2019 for several times, she has several tattoos that got from Thailand and China I am not sure whether the needle is safe or not.

Also last month I went to a spa for a happy ending message, the lady gave me a hand job with message oil, I checked the lady's hand there was no seen blood or wounds. I also checked my penis after I got home, there is no seen wound.

I am a little bit worried about that, since I am a single father.

My questions are:

1, Shall I take the tests?

2, Also could someone got infected of HIV from tattooing?

Thank you so much.

Also I have an additional question, could my child be in risk during daily life and contact? She is just over 9 months.

Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  (mouth, lips, hands, etc.). No hiv worries, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
HIV is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the worst that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. Next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this question. Did I do any of the 3? Then after you say "No, I didn't" then it's time to move on back to your happy life.

Neither situation you describe are risks for HIV.  HIV is spread in very specific ways that include having unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing IV drug needles  Air and saliva inactivate the virus.  So, oral is never a risk.  Tattoo needles are not a risk.  That's not how HIV is transmitted and no, you had no risk and even if you did, you would not transmit through every day contact with your child.  NO RISK>
