Still not sure after 6 months. Is my result conclusive?

Dear experts,
I have a suspicious sexual intercourse with a woman more than 6 months ago. It was unprotected vaginal sex. Approximately 1-1.5 month later I have noticed that my lymph nodes in my armpits are swollen. I went doctor and yes they are both around 2.2 cm. And there are also some small lymph nodes in around my neck. They were all reactive.
Besides I had night sweats for a week in my 3rd month.
After that hiv anxiety got me and I made several tests (around 10 tests). They were 4th generaiton tests and all returned as negative. I took HIV1 PCR at day 100 and it was also negative. My last test was in 183rd days and it was also negative.
My lymph nodes are still swollen. I am totally freaked out. My doctor told me it is more than conclusive and I should forget about it.
But this time I started to think about HIV2. All the time I ask myself what if my immunesystem is weak and I have HIV2 and my body does not produce antibodies. And in my country there is no PCR test for HIV2. Here, PCR tests are only for HIV1. So, I really dont know what should I do. I have found this page and as far as I can see the doctors are very experienced in this website.
I know it seems a bit paranoiac. But I could not forget it.
What do you suggest? Do you think I should make more tests? Or my results are conclusive? Should I forget about it?

P.S: I also had tests for Chlamydia, Gonorrea, Syphilis, Hepatitis B. All were negative.
Only CMV and EBV IGG test were positive but doctor told me those are quite common virus and not necessarly related with STD.

Please help me, I am totally stuck.

Your question has been fully answered that you have tested conclusively negative. We wish you the best.

It's not necessary because this is a moderated forum and any incorrect replies are promptly deleted by the mods. If they believed anything I told you was untrue, they would have deleted my replies. I'm 100% correct in my assessment. But you just refuse to believe it and would rather argue about it.
As I have mentioned before, my lymphnodes are swollen FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY WHOLE LIFE, that is why I am so concerned about it. Is it just a simple coincidence? I can not stop asking this question.
It's not the first time, it's just the first time you've actually taken notice because apparently you're having unresolved anxiety about having a sexual encounter with this woman. Your lymph nodes have been swollen anytime you've gotten sick in the past, with colds or the flu or anything else if that nature.

Regardless, as I said before, your problem isn't due to HIV as you had 10 negative tests. There's nothing more that can be done for you here. None of the other volunteers will disagree with me.
Thank you very much for your responses. Really, thank you so much. But still, It would be really nice and relaxing to hear  detailed explanation from an expert.

Gartolat,

If that was your only exposure and with all these tests that you describe, i think its time to move on buddy. You have no trace of HIV.

Those lymphnodes drove me crazy. It is FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE I experience swollen lymph nodes. That is why I am really worried.

You've tested conclusively negative, 10 times. You do NOT have HIV. This is a certainty.

Your doctor should've told you that both CMV and EBV, both of which you tested positive for, cause people to have swollen lymph nodes. So there's nothing left for you to figure out. You know what's causing it and you know you don't have HIV.

But my doctor told me my lymph nodes are not probably related with EBV and CMV, because almost every one has these viruses and one can get them at any time, maybe in childhood. That is why I am still worried.
Regardless, you've tested more than conclusively negative for HIV. Therefore HIV is 100% ruled out as a cause for your problem. Your concern doesn't belong here because it's not HIV related.
What about HIV2? I really can not overcome this possibility? Do you think it is also conclusive for HIV2?
Unless you had an actual confirmed exposure in West Africa, there's no reason for you to assume HIV2. It's so exceedingly rare outside that region that it's not even worth being concerned about.
